IcePanel does NOT train or fine-tune OpenAI models on customer data. The models are used as-is, ensuring that user information remains private and secure. OpenAI may process inputs to improve the general performance of its systems, but IcePanel itself does not contribute any user-specific data for training.

Opting In

IcePanel plans to opt in to OpenAI model usage updates on December 3rd. This will enable access to the latest capabilities while maintaining the same strong privacy and security standards.
